BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE: Helsinki Show Cancelled
February 22, 2008Welsh metallers BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE have issued the following statement:
"Unfortunately, we regret to inform you we've had to cancel the final show of the European tour [on Friday, February 22 at Tavastia in Helsinki, Finland] due to severe illness. We will make sure we come back to Finland this summer, so we'll keep you posted!! Sorry guys, and thanks for understanding!"
BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will make its U.S. network TV debut on Wednesday, February 27 when the group rocks the house on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" The band will play the title track of its brand new album, "Scream Aim Fire", as well as "Tears Don't Fail", one of the hit singles from the group's first album, "The Poison".
"Jimmy Kimmel Live" airs at 12:05 a.m. ET/11:05 p.m. CT.
Immediately following its "Kimmel" appearance, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will fly to Denver, Colorado where they will join fellow headliners AVENGED SEVENFOLD and ATREYU to launch the 40-plus-city North American Taste of Chaos tour on Friday, February 29. Currently, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE is enjoying international success with a sold-out headline tour of Europe and the UK, and simultaneous Top 5 chart entries for "Scream Aim Fire" across the globe.
